Low pay- workers get paid low because of racism and sexism issues. There are many other different things they experience through working (name calls)
Working hard- Many of the workers work very hard but then they don't get the fair or rights they deserve.
PEveryone has the right to be able to work through their job without any agony or pain or be offended because they all have fair rights nobody has to do this or that.They will work as to whatever they choose but no one can treat them wrong just because or other races, language,different culture,because everyone has to be able to work through and support their family earn their money and live a happy life with nothing to worry about.
