Worker Issue

All employees have rights in the workplace. You have the right to work in a safe environment, free of discrimination and harassment and to be paid fairly for the work that you do. The man should not get paid more than the women. Some workers work all day and some workers work only about 5 hours but they all get the same pay, which is unfair to those worker who work all day. Mostly the work that Asians worker do is very hard; such as sewing, and carrying heavy things. It could make them short, and they can get hurt easily.
